Broadly speaking, a name once in, never removed — the same way the U.S. National Security Agency runs its terrorist watchlists. In short, you have to sue me to have your name removed.

The legal perspective
The legal basis for creating this page is to list and/or attempt to identify to the extent possible those parties who disrupt the normal proceedings of this site (including without limitation any other site that I run) for any of the following reasons:—
(a) any matter that is (or is deemed to be) in breach of the laws of Hong Kong (where I am based) or the laws of the USA (where the WordPress.com hosting servers are located); and
(b) general trolling of this blog (and any other site that I run) and/or its users on a frequent, consistent or regular basis.
‘Trolling’ here being generally defined as sowing discord by starting arguments or upsetting people by posting inflammatory, extraneous, off-topic or off-colour statements in public or private comments.
